What are your hours of operation?
Our Summer hours are Monday - Thursday 10 AM to 11 PM, Friday 10 AM - 12 AM, Saturday 9 AM to 2 AM and Sunday 9 AM to 11 PM.
Do you have parking available?
Guests must pay for parking upon arrival to Showboat Hotel. Guests are eligible for reimbursement with $75 or more spend at Lucky Snake Arcade. Same day only! Not valid for hotel guests.
Is the arcade suitable for all ages?
Yes—we’re absolutely family-friendly! With 1,000+ games, there’s something for everyone: Kidz Club Bounce Zone for the little ones, classic & modern arcade games, thrilling VR experiences, high-speed go-kart racing, and video poker. No matter the age, Lucky Snake is your one-stop destination for nonstop excitement!

PRICING AND PAYMENTS:
How much does it cost to play the games?
Each game can cost from 10 to 100 credits to play. You can purchase credits at our red game card kiosks located throughout the arcade.
INTERCARD AND REWARDS:
What is a game card?
A game card is a rechargeable card that you can use to play games and earn rewards at our arcade.
Do the credits on my game card expire?
No, the credits on your game card do not expire and can be used at any time.
How do I add credits to my game card?
Credits can be added to your game card at our self-service kiosks. You can use cash, credit/debit cards, or mobile payments.
How do I redeem tickets for prizes?
Tickets are automatically added to your game card as you play. Visit our prize counter to redeem your tickets for prizes.
Can I check the balance on my game card?
Yes, you can check your balance at any of our self-service kiosks or ask one of our staff members for assistance.
Can I transfer credits or tickets to another game card?
Yes, you can transfer credits or tickets to another intercard by visiting our front desk.
